Got ripped off

Ok it was a startup kickstarter or whatever. I've had a few fail to produce but I hear from them that it isn't going to be produced and move on.

This company owner, Seymore, insists on rubbing it in that you aren't getting a product by continuing to send emails and post videos that it is in the works. Blames china and covid for the most recent delay...sorry other companies are coming out with new devices,,,made in china.

then he wants you to invest in his financial company.

BEWARE SOUNDS LIKE A PONSI SCHEME.

We're a small team of dedicated people putting their hearts into making some truly great products - as anyone who spends a few minutes following what we're doing knows. Truly excited about seeing this new product

Very excited can't wait to have it in my hand to play with it this looks like an amazing product that everyone is going to have to have!

Looking forward to trying the Magfast

Think this is going to be great. Really looking forward to seeing it. Cant wait. Theres not much I can say until I receive it.But I think its going to be great.

Never received order, or "free" product

I've been patiently awaiting delivery since I pre-ordered back in June 2020. You're production "timeline" showed delivery rollouts back in November/December 2020.

Yet, nothing has been received. Your main page shows crowdfunding of over 1Million received of a 300k goal. Yet, there is no product to market.

Investors are lost in this partnership. I had hoped for so much more.

It looks like this poster has not reached out to customer service or we would have been able to explain why shipping has been pushed back. In just a moment I’d like to quickly go through our process. But first, I want to point out that we are a crowdfunding project and we’ve always said this is a long process. Crowdfunding as a small startup company comes with many ups, downs, and delays. That’s just the nature of the business. We explicitly say, in the presentation we ask our supporters to watch before pre-ordering, that you should not support us if you’re not in it for the long haul.
That said, I’d like to offer a quick overview of the difficulties we faced over the last year and why shipping had to be pushed back.
The coronavirus hit Asia and Europe, impacting production and the global supply chain even before it hit the US.
By early 2020, COVID had closed down our factory and completely disrupted the global supply chains for nearly four months. We scrambled to figure out alternative solutions and new resources. In the meantime, the top personnel working on our project were forced to move on to other work.
Then, once things started to return to ‘normal’, Apple released their new iPhone that was NOT compatible with most existing wireless chargers. We made the difficult decision to take the time to make absolutely sure that our products would charge the new iPhone as the majority of our supporters are Apple users.
