Seymour Segnit and his companies do a great job with PR and managing social media, but he is a classic con artist. He is in fact a brilliant con artist.

He plays the part to perfection. He takes a good idea (there has to be a product, any product will do, but there needs to be something) and uses it to convince people to invest in it (him). That part is fine and normal. What makes it a scam, or con, is that instead of spending time and money on developing, producing and shipping the product, he spent it on marketing and generating investments.

Instead of delivering on his promise, he spends his energy on getting more funding to support his PR machine and lifestyle. I am a fool for having sent him my money.

Crowd funding has it's risks, but Seymour didn't even try to deliver on his promise. Instead he just took the money and is asking for more.

Coniah, Your comments are offensive. I have all Magfast products and have no problem with them.

Customer service is beyond excellent. Your willingness to be so vocal of "Con Man". If i were Seymour i would be suing for defamation of Character. Once written, words cannot be taken back.

Your words in my estimation were uncalled for and aggressive.

Two and a half years of waiting, dozens of attempts to get a refund is what brought me to this point. In the end, the refunded less than half of the money, but at least it meant I only wasted $1000 instead of $1878.

If I could have gotten any of the products I paid for, I might also be happy. But I got nothing for the money and time spent. As I mentioned, their marketing and PR is excellent. I commend him for that, but his product delivery was very slow.

I still believe that he spent more time and money on marketing than in actually developing and producing the product.

I understand that marketing is important. A great product that nobody knows about still won't sell, but it should not have taken over two years (before I gave up) to finish designing and producing what is really not that difficult a product.

He is 100% correct. I read this guy as a con man the minute I heard him and saw him in 2021.

I am a highly paid profiler and I am never wrong. 99% of you will be getting scammed.

Never received my free charger

I stumbled across one of there YouTube advertisements while watching my normal videos. In the ad, they stated that you get a free charger just for signing up with them; however, after I signed up I never got my free welcome gift.

They have a lot of big talk and look nice enough. They just don't seem to be reliable or timely.

I watched the sooooooper long video. I typically don't have the patience for infomercials (I have ADD, but I'm also autistic) but I was intrigued by the product.

And a majority of the length was necessary to get into all the deets of your product. I'm typically not a consumerist, and I mainly buy practical things, and usually not so pricey either. But ya got me here. I liked what I heard and I'm really in need of a charger for my car, wall, take anywhere, etc.

I also really like the fact I can charge my car if my battery dies! How amazing!

I am still waiting for charging kit it has been many months I paid 300$ and nothing yet, is this just a b.s. trip.I think so, not happy at all.

I was offered the free promotional wall power outlet from MagFast, I have not received it yet. Having a tech background, I very much look forward to the product this company is putting out, will definitely reserve a pro kit if it lives up to my expectations.

Haven’t received anything that I ordered......

I watched a couple of videos back in December of 2020. My order is even on the credit statement but its April 8th, 2021 & 4 months after I had ordered 2 Pro Life Kits (get the other half off, plus a few extra other items at no charge) & Ive even called customer service everyday since after ordering back in December of 2020.

Im not leaving my email not my phone number in this review as I should have received my entire order by now. I spent between $450 on product and I either want everything shipped out ASAP (Federal Expressed In 1 Day) or I want the whole entire amount that is showing on my credit card statement ~

COMPLETELY 100% REIMBURSED BACK TO ASAP!!!!!

It sounds like perhaps crowdfunding isn’t for you. It seems like you didn’t watch our presentation or any of our weekly updates where we’ve said it’s a long process and unfortunately it has come with delays. Our team is just as frustrated with the delay in shipping as you are.

I ordered products from you more than a year ago when you were starting out. All I got were promises.

I have phoned several times to ask about my products and I was always told they were still being worked on.

Now I see that new customers are able to put orders in and you actually have positive reviews while my purchases never arrived and I have stopped receiving any updates from your company. I feel as though you stole my money.

No product after three payments.

Mag fast has taken three payments of $79 each from me and I havent heard a word from them or received any products.

It sounds like crowdfunding is not for this reviewer. We have not yet begun shipping but expect to in the next few weeks. In addition, the point of crowdfunding is to pledge your support by pre-ordering products and paying upfront while waiting for manufacturing. We cannot ship before a payment plan has been complete.
