Haven't got my order

I am Desiree Brittingham I made my purchased 1/21/2021. Today is 2/8/2021.

I haven't received my package or any update to when I can expect delivery. More over if my package is not in the mail, as yet. I would like to change the mailing address.

I'm not tech savvy. It would be good to speak with an actual person.

Ok it was a startup kickstarter or whatever. I've had a few fail to produce but I hear from them that it isn't going to be produced and move on.

This company owner, Seymore, insists on rubbing it in that you aren't getting a product by continuing to send emails and post videos that it is in the works. Blames china and covid for the most recent delay...sorry other companies are coming out with new devices,,,made in china.

then he wants you to invest in his financial company.

BEWARE SOUNDS LIKE A PONSI SCHEME.

Never received order, or "free" product

I've been patiently awaiting delivery since I pre-ordered back in June 2020. You're production "timeline" showed delivery rollouts back in November/December 2020.

Yet, nothing has been received. Your main page shows crowdfunding of over 1Million received of a 300k goal. Yet, there is no product to market.

Investors are lost in this partnership. I had hoped for so much more.

But first, I want to point out that we are a crowdfunding project and we’ve always said this is a long process. Crowdfunding as a small startup company comes with many ups, downs, and delays. That’s just the nature of the business. We explicitly say, in the presentation we ask our supporters to watch before pre-ordering, that you should not support us if you’re not in it for the long haul.
That said, I’d like to offer a quick overview of the difficulties we faced over the last year and why shipping had to be pushed back.
The coronavirus hit Asia and Europe, impacting production and the global supply chain even before it hit the US.
By early 2020, COVID had closed down our factory and completely disrupted the global supply chains for nearly four months. We scrambled to figure out alternative solutions and new resources. In the meantime, the top personnel working on our project were forced to move on to other work.
Then, once things started to return to ‘normal’, Apple released their new iPhone that was NOT compatible with most existing wireless chargers. We made the difficult decision to take the time to make absolutely sure that our products would charge the new iPhone as the majority of our supporters are Apple users.

The detailed introduction that i just witnessed was just wonderful i love the enthusiastic, energetic ,positivity it literally woke me up and got my brain going for the day. It's really refreshing to see there are still people who are willing to stand behind and in front of their product with complete confidence it really made me a believer the only thing i cant wrap my mind around is the ridiculous prices its just too much no matter what quality I cant afford any of the attachments especially since were all out of work at the moment but thanks for helping the government kill me off a little quicker yay I can either charge my phone or eat I wonder which it will be.

I had no idea I'd be paying for these, invisible phone charger forever. I gave y'all more than enough time and $.

I've had $67 taking out my account for 4 months now. I do not want to wait any longer.

I could have invested that money in Electric Cars. Id much prefer the to buy stocks for NIO!

Magfast will sell out completely!! Seymore is buying them all for himself1 he loves the product. As a genius Marketer hetalked about 1 hr and 25 minutes too long.

product quality looks amazing, I think Seymore is more of an engineer and not a Marketer, Hire a professional, that will do a great presentation. We arent dumb.

I think you lost a lot of customers by talking too much. Gave 1 hr thirty minutes of my precious time, recommended to my friends on facebook, and did not even receive an email or did they ask for my name, address, etc. are they so great that they are also mind reading products. i think it was a very sneaky way to get all your info, and you recommend to all your contacts, and magfast is not clear about your gift or about paying for shipping!!!

I hope someone is ethical enough to get back to me, otherwise, no matter how great your product, youll be bankrupt because of these practices, just be honest and upfront, and shorten the presentation by 1 hour and thirty minutes!!!

zmy time is worth Many pro packs!! I am upset, I think your being very dishonest, and pretend not to realize it, SNEAKY is the word.

If the dust has settled, I wonder how many of us, (in from the start) were unable to get onto the Netcapital web site to become investors??

So so disappointed that when told doors open Thanksgiving 4pm. to become frustrated with efforts to continue the journey I personally have been with you on for 4 years

and feel I am still part of the family.

Also curious about number of investors that were successful how long have they been with the family, 4 years or 4 months?

I watched to the very end and was never offered the free charger. I then watched it again to the end where it was going to replay it over again and I even purchased the pro kit and still was not offered the free charger whittingtonk@***.org
